\nAfricaPress-Tanzania:<\/strong> THE police in Muleba District are investigating an incident where a 30-year-old woman, Siima Revocatus, was killed in mysterious circumstances.<\/p>\n

Kagera Regional Police Commander (RPC) Revocatus Malimi said the incident occurred at Nyarutunguru Village on June 29, this year, adding that Revocatus Gelasi (43) had been held in relation to the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cInitial investigation reveals that a fight ensured between the couple during a drinking spree. The suspect allegedly assaulted Siima who died while being rushed to Rubya Hospital. The suspect will be arraigned after investigation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the police are also investigating an incident where a five-year-old girl was killed by unknown people at Makarwe Village in Muleba District.<\/p>\n

Mr Malimi said the body was recovered on a farm yesterday, adding that investigation was under way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
