That is a big deal,\u201d said Professor Mkumbo.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister commended the company for its consistent tax payments, highlighting that in 2024, Mati Super Brands Ltd paid a total of 8 billion Tanzanian shillings in taxes.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. David Mulokozi, the Director of Mati Super Brands Limited, also spoke about the company\u2019s contributions to the economy. \u201cWe are proud of the role we play in the community. Over the past three years, we have consistently paid taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), production tax, income tax, and others,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mr. Mulokozi, the company paid 7 billion shillings in taxes in 2022, 7.9 billion shillings in 2023, and 8 billion shillings last year.
