Despite this, Magori warned the club could escalate the matter to CAS and FIFA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Premier League must operate on a level playing field,\u201d Magori said. \u201cIf a player is granted nationality just to play for a club and not for the national team, that is unacceptable. Damaro, even after 100 years, cannot represent the national team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also claimed that the situation exposed a loophole allowing some clubs to register more foreign players than the rules permit, calling it \u201cserious deception\u201d and highlighting the unfair advantage it created.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSimba SC will write to the relevant authorities, including FIFA, seeking clarity,\u201d he added. \u201cWe are taking this very seriously and will continue to pursue the matter through proper channels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Magori addressed speculation over midfielder Elie Mpanzu, who last month renewed his contract with the club. He said prior his extension rumours said that the player refused to sign a new deal. He noted it is \u201cbizarre\u201d, and the player missing recent matches is due to injury but had resumed training. His participation in upcoming games remains uncertain.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding midfielder Inno Loemba, Magori clarified that he was registered through the club\u2019s registration committee, not sponsor JayRutty and that his absence from a recent match was a tactical decision by the coach rather than a contractual issue.<\/p>\n<p>Simba SC will celebrate its 90th anniversary this year. Migori emphasised the club\u2019s focus on preparing for the transfer window, strengthening the squad and maintaining strong performance on the field. \u201cSimba is not a club of words; if you want football, come to Simba,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Magori confirmed that new modern membership cards will be distributed soon.
