The training emphasized the importance of leadership in navigating businesses towards prosperity, with expert Dr. Shogo Oyeniyi highlighting that effective leadership is crucial for organizational success and employee development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"ap-article-header-tag\"> <strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Tanzania. <\/strong> <\/span>MANAGEMENT staff, mid- level managers, and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) from Public and Private institutions have benefited from Proper Leadership and Corporate training in held in Dar es Salaam over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The beneficiaries commended the training, saying it helped them to navigate organisations and businesses to prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in Dar es Salaam today, April 13, Peak Performance Coach and Corporate Trainer Dr Shogo Oyeniyi insisted that leadership and corporate training are inseparable when it comes to success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeadership and corporate training are no longer a luxury; they are a necessity in a rapidly changing world because we are operating in an era where markets shift quickly, attention spans are shorter, and talent is more aware and less tolerant of poor leadership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe difference between organizations that thrive and those that struggle often comes down to one thing: the quality of leadership and the capacity of their people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProper training equips individuals with more than just technical skills; it sharpens thinking, improves decision-making, and builds the kind of self-awareness that allows people to lead themselves before they lead others,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He continued: \u201cIn my work across different industries, I have seen that when people are trained properly, productivity improves, internal conflicts reduce, and organizations begin to move with clarity rather than confusion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the end of the day, organizations do not grow beyond the level of their people, and people do not grow without intentional development.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On what impact can leadership have towards stamping success, Dr Shogo, who was the keynote speaker of the QUEENFIDENT Masterclass held recently in the city clarified that leadership is the invisible force behind visible success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt determines direction, sets standards and ultimately shapes culture&#8230;a strong leader does not just give instructions, but rather he or she creates alignment, inspires ownership and builds an environment where people perform at their best.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI often say: success leaves clues, but so does failure, and when you study both, leadership is always at the center.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe right leadership can turn an average team into a high-performing one. It can stabilize an organization during uncertainty and accelerate growth during an opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn the other hand, poor leadership creates confusion, low morale, and wasted potential even in organizations with strong resources,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on why corporate training should be enhanced in Tanzania and Africa at large, the Nigerian Guinness World Record Holder said that across Tanzania and the continent, there is a rise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and ambition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHowever, many organizations are still operating without structured development systems for their people, and here, corporate comes in to bridge that gap, helping businesses move from survival mode to strategic growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom my experience working with businesses across Africa, the organizations that prioritize training consistently outperform those that do not as they adapt faster, retain better talent, and build stronger brands,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate training has become increasingly vital in Tanzania as businesses face rapid market changes and evolving workforce expectations. The need for effective leadership training is underscored by the rise of entrepreneurship and innovation across the continent. Many organizations still lack structured development systems, which corporate training aims to address, fostering growth and adaptability in a competitive environment.
