\nAfricaPress-Tanzania:<\/strong> PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa has applauded the Tanzania Horticultural Association (TAHA) for promoting horticulture agricultural activities in the country.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the Regional Horticultural Trade and Investment Forum in Tanzania\u2019s Dar es Salaam Commercial City on Saturday (December 5,2020), Minister Majaliwa promised that the government will support TAHA since it has played a pivotal role in the sector.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry of Agriculture, Gerald Kusaya said the government has been collaborating with the association to ensure maximum productivity from the sector.<\/p>\n

TAHA is a member-based private sector organization that advocates for the growth and competitiveness of the horticulture industry in Tanzania and beyond, bringing together producers, traders, exporters, and processors of horticultural products including flowers, fruits, vegetables, horticultural seeds and spices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
