AfricaPress-Tanzania:<\/strong> ALLIANCE Queens have admitted to having been overpowered by Young Africans Princess machinery in their devastating 5-0 loss at Nyamagana stadium on Friday.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s Head coach, Ezekiel Chobanka said here after the match that their opponents fought bravery, especially in the second half to claim their deserved win.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey deserved it,\u201d admitted Coach Chobanka.<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cWe tried to play our usual football in the first half of which we succeeded but things changed drastically in the second half as our opponents came in strongly hence utilised well chances they made by scoring goals.\u201d Chobanka said.<\/p>\n

He said many of his players are in the Form Six exams and the fact that they have lost nine players in the first team is also a reason for them not to do well in this league.<\/p>\n

Alliance Queens are placed fourth with 19 points. Speaking after a 5-0 win over Alliance Queens, in their Premier League match played at Nyamagana Stadium, Yanga Princess head coach Edna Lema said last season her team finished 6th in the first round and this season finished the first round on top of league.<\/p>\n

She said they hoped their game with Alliance would be very difficult but she is grateful her players fought hard to get results in the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur team is very strong and I am thankful, we have finished the first round leading the league, we have not lost a game and we have conceded only one goal,\u201dLema said.<\/p>\n

Lema, the former Kilimanjaro Queens player said at the moment their sole aim is to do well in the second round and she congratulated his players for playing well and following her instructions<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
