AfricaPress-Tanzania:<\/strong> Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania’s North Diocese General Secretary, Arthur Shoo has passed away.<\/p>\n

Mr Shoo died on Thursday night at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC) in Moshi, where he was receiving treatments.<\/p>\n
