Africa-Press<\/a> – Tanzania<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Tanzania’s President Samia Suluhu Hassan is due to arrive in Kenya on Tuesday for a two-day official visit, government officials said on Sunday. The Director of Presidential Communications and Chief Government Spokesperson, Gerson Msigwa said President Samia will tour Kenya on 4th and 5th of May this year.<\/p>\n

Upon his visit, President Samia will address the Kenyan Parliament and the Tanzania-Kenya business community. “The President is visiting Kenya as part of strengthening trade and investment between the two countries. Kenya is one of the leading african countries by investment in Tanzania, therefore, it for the same interest that she will also speak to the business community,” he said.<\/p>\n

Kenya will be the President’s second leg after Last month’s visit in Uganda since she took over the highest office. She become the country’s first woman President following the untimely death of her predecessor Dr John Magufuli.<\/p>\n

Msigwa said the President will hold talks with her host, President Uhuru Kenyatta to deliberate of issue related to trade, investments and relations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
