Africa-Press<\/a> – Tanzania<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>INFINITY Real Estate Dodoma and Letshego Bank have launched a new joint venture whereby the bank will finance various customers receiving services from the real estate company.<\/p>\n

Speaking during the launching of the progamme the Infinity Real Estate Business Development Manager, Ms Lulu Nzalalila, said the new initiative will ensure more customers access professional services offered by his company.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost people think that professional services from a real estate like ours are expensive but this is not the case, this new development will cater for different clients with different incomes who will be advised accordingly when they apply for the funding,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Infinity Real Estate Dodoma Managing Director, Tumaini Mtei signed the agreement on behalf of the real estate company while Letshego Bank Commercial Director, Dr Goodluck Meena represented the financial institution.<\/p>\n

Ms Nzalalila said among services to be financed by the bank include, construction projects that start from the scratch, land development, finishing and renovations.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of people own land but they lack finances to develop and put up something. We will offer different packages that will cut across different income levels and the repayment arrangement will also be fair to the customers so that many people possible can own homes and property,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The joint initiative seeks to ensure customers get access to different solutions like building materials that are affordable, adding it was high time that the public embraced mortgage as a way of creating many home owners as it is the case in many other countries in the world.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe want to complement government efforts in ensuring most Tanzanians own property as this will help them improve family incomes and also become loanable to most financial institutions,\u201d she said urging Tanzanians to embrace professionals in construction projects to ensure quality.<\/p>\n

Letshego Bank Business Development Manager, Ruth Mpangala, said they were delighted to be part of the joint venture with Infinity Real Estate Dodoma and urged customers to take advantage of the new campaign to get financing for their projects.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a great initiative and we, at Letshego, will ensure our clients get the best services and the repayment arrangements will be favourable across all incomes to ensure many people Dodoma benefit from the new product. She said one of the main requirements is a reliable income no matter how much it is as there will be various packages to suit various groups.<\/p>\n

The clients will be introduced to the bank by Infinity Real Estate. Infinity Real Estate Dodoma has been in existence for almost three years now and has reached more than 300 customers so far.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
