In a statement late Tuesday the president said Kapange will be replacing Dr Charles Mhina who will be given other duties.<\/p>\n<p>Their appointments is effective since June 22.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tanzania.
