Africa-Press<\/a> – Tanzania<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>President has asked clerics to support the government by raising awareness to community on the importance census in the development as the country is in preparations for the exercise.<\/p>\n

The Head of State submitted her request to the Christian Council of Tanzania clerics gathered in Morogoro for their annual conference as she was highlighting their pivotal roles in their respective congregations.<\/p>\n

Stressing the importance of the exercise, she said the statistics from the national census help government in all process of planning and development as whole.<\/p>\n

Tanzania expects to conduct its sixth Population and Housing Census in 2022.<\/p>\n
