Africa-Press<\/a> – Tanzania<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>LUIS Miquissone\u2019s move to Cairo giants is getting close after Al Ahly confirmed reaching an agreement with Simba in an offer of 900,000 US dollars equivalent to 2 billion\/-.<\/p>\n

Miquissone expects to sign a four-year deal with CAF Champions League record title-holders, the contract that ends in 2025.<\/p>\n

The Mozambique winger was among the top stars contributing to more wins to the club in the Mainland Premier League for 2020\/21 season. He scored nine goals and made ten assists.<\/p>\n

Despite doing well in the Premier League, Miquissone also did well in the Azam Sports Federation Cup (ASFC) 2020\/21 semi-finals, where he scored Simba\u2019s only goal against Azam.<\/p>\n

In that competition, Miquissone scored two goals. Miquissone was also linked to Kaizer Chiefs for several months now, mainly after his performance in the CAF Champions League, where he astounded the Cairo giants as he scored against them and commanded Group A.<\/p>\n

Miquissone will therefore meet again with Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane who briefly coached him at Mamelodi Sundowns.<\/p>\n

As the Msimbazi-streets are eagerly waiting for the big deal to complete, they recently announced the signing of the Malawian midfielder Peter Banda from Nyasa Big Bullets FC in a three-year deal.<\/p>\n

The Malawian National Football Team 20-year-old attacker Peter Banda contributed well to his former club Tiraspol Sheriff, as he played on a six-month loan deal.<\/p>\n

His best performance was on an encounter against FC Codru Lozova in Moldova\u2019s National First Division League.<\/p>\n

He scored his first hat trick for Tiraspol Sheriff after they thrashed FC Codru Lozova 6-0. He scored seven goals and ten assists during his stay at FC Sheriff.<\/p>\n

The youngster has expressed his appreciation for joining Simba through his official Instagram account, \u201cMy new home, back to red and white.<\/p>\n

It feels good to join this great club, and I can\u2019t wait to get started.\u201d The new boy sign-in at Msimbazi-Street was announced through the club\u2019s official website and social networking sites that noted Banda is among the football magicians able to play many attacking positions.<\/p>\n

They added that they believe he will offer his best quality in the coming 2021\/22 season, enabling them to defend the league title and do well in the African Champions Clubs Competitions.<\/p>\n

Bullets Chief Executive Officer Suzgo Nyirenda also confirmed the transfer. \u201cIt is my great pleasure to announce the transfer of our player Peter Banda to Simba Sports Club of Tanzania.<\/p>\n
