YOUNG Africans Head Coach Luc Eymael said he expect to see good football display similar to the recent El Clasico by Real Madrid versus Barcelona, when his side face Simba SC at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Yanga posted their third straight clean sheet in all competitions after pounding Mbao FC 2-0 at the 60,000 capacity venue on Tuesday, to reach 47 points after 24 games, which injected morale in the team ahead of the traditional derby match.<\/p>\n
A first half spot kick by David Molinga and a second half strike by Patrick Sibomana gave the hosts what they needed most before facing the league leaders and defending champions Simba, who are keen to retain the title for the third time in a row.<\/p>\n
Eymael said shortly after the game against Mbao that his decision to rest some key players was part of preparations for the derby clash.<\/p>\n
\u201cSometimes, derby games are not usually the best. Yes, you see the stadium packed and I like that since I have managed many derby games in Africa. \u201cI hope that we will have enough time to prepare at least four days and not two days as we have had in our past games and that is the most important thing for us,\u201d Eymael said.<\/p>\n
Additionally, the Belgian coach said he hope to see a good game since players will have ample time to rest both mentally and physically.<\/p>\n
\u201cDid you watch the derby match between Real Madrid and Barcelona? It was a very nice game and I hope it will be like that on Sunday,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Sibomana, who contributed one goal on the day, revealed that his target is to score ten goals this season and he believes that if given a chance to play on Sunday, he can score.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am happy to score today (Tuesday) but my target this season is to score ten goals,\u201d the Rwandan, who has since scored five goals for his club this season, said.<\/p>\n
On his part, Mbao FC Head Coach, Abdulmutik Haji insisted that his team will do whatever necessary to avoid relegation this season despite being on the brink to bid farewell to the top flight football this season.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe had a good game against one of the top teams in the country (Yanga) but minor mistakes gave our opponents an opportunity to punish us,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
His player Waziri Junior, who had a good game for the visitors said they will sit down as a team, to work on the problems which surfaced during the match for them to do better in their next duels.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe will play against KMC and we need to produce tangible results to pocket vital three points to keep scaling up the league ladders,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Heading to the big match, the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) unveiled entry charges as 30,000\/-for VIP A occupants, 20,000\/-for VIP A and B dwellers, while Orange and Popular seats will be accessed by 10,000\/-and 7,000\/- respectively.<\/p>\n
