Africa-Press – Tanzania. <\/strong><\/span>Pharmaceutical company BioNTech announced a net loss of \u20ac190.4 million ($209.2 million) in the second quarter of 2023, the company announced on Monday.<\/p>\n

The firm’s revenues dropped around 95% to \u20ac167.7 million in the April-June period, down from \u20ac3.2 billion in the same quarter last year, BioNTech said in a press release.<\/p>\n

The firm has saw a net profit of $1.67 billion in the second quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n

For the first half, it saw a net profit of \u20ac311.8 million, down from $5.37 billion a year ago.<\/p>\n

The firm’s revenues totaled \u20ac1.44 billion in the January-June period, decreasing from \u20ac9.57 billion.<\/p>\n
