L\u2019objectif de cette rencontre e\u0301tait de mettre en place une nouvelle e\u0301quipe dirigeante capable de redynamiser le football dans le de\u0301partement du Barh-Koh.<\/p>\n<p>Deux candidats e\u0301taient en lice pour la pre\u0301sidence: Ndlinodji Emmanuel et Talisoum Mahamat. De\u0300s l\u2019ouverture des travaux, des de\u0301saccords sont apparus autour des conditions d\u2019organisation du scrutin.<\/p>\n<p>Pre\u0301sidant la se\u0301ance, le vice-pre\u0301sident de la ligue provinciale de football du Moyen-Chari a releve\u0301 plusieurs irre\u0301gularite\u0301s, notamment l\u2019absence de textes de base encadrant clairement l\u2019e\u0301lection. A\u0300 cela s\u2019ajoute un diffe\u0301rend entre les deux candidats: l\u2019un souhaitait le maintien du vote, tandis que l\u2019autre plaidait pour son report.<\/p>\n<p>Face a\u0300 cette situation, les participants ont opte\u0301 pour une solution interme\u0301diaire. Apre\u0300s un vote, ils ont de\u0301cide\u0301 de reporter l\u2019e\u0301lection d\u2019une semaine.
