Elle est donc une innovation acte\u0301e par la constitution revisite\u0301e et marque une avance\u0301e majeure dans notre que\u0302te de refondation et de consolidation de l\u2019action publique\u00ab , a de\u0301clare\u0301 Allah Maye Halina.<\/p>\n<p>Le Premier ministre a e\u0301galement insiste\u0301 sur la porte\u0301e strate\u0301gique de cette nouvelle responsabilite\u0301. Selon lui, la cre\u0301ation de ce poste \u00ab n\u2019est pas un simple ajustement organique \u00bb, mais traduit \u00ab une volonte\u0301 politique forte \u00bb visant a\u0300 renforcer l\u2019efficacite\u0301 de l\u2019action publique.
