Elle a re\u0301cemment effectue\u0301 une visite des installations des prestataires charge\u0301s de la restauration des pe\u0300lerins tchadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Trois ope\u0301rateurs ont e\u0301te\u0301 se\u0301lectionne\u0301s pour assurer ce service essentiel: deux base\u0301s a\u0300 La Mecque et un de\u0301die\u0301 aux sites de Mashair, notamment Mina, Arafat et Mouzdalifa. Parmi eux figurent Abdulaziz Al Mashair Catering, ainsi que des partenaires ope\u0301rant a\u0300 La Mecque, dont Al-Hosawi Makkah Kitchen et Al-Rabeh Makkah Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Sur place, la de\u0301le\u0301gation a inspecte\u0301 les cuisines, e\u0301value\u0301 les e\u0301quipements et proce\u0301de\u0301 a\u0300 des tests de menus afin de s\u2019assurer de la conformite\u0301 des prestations aux exigences fixe\u0301es.<\/p>\n<p>Le pre\u0301sident de l\u2019ORGEP a insiste\u0301 sur des crite\u0300res fondamentaux, notamment la qualite\u0301 des denre\u0301es, le strict respect des normes sanitaires et l\u2019adaptation des repas aux habitudes alimentaires des pe\u0300lerins tchadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette optique, il a recommande\u0301 l\u2019introduction de plats familiers tels que le daraba (gombo), le charmout, la moulokhia, la sauce rouge ou encore le Fangasou, afin de garantir un certain confort alimentaire aux fide\u0300les durant leur se\u0301jour.<\/p>\n<p>La question du respect des horaires de service a e\u0301galement e\u0301te\u0301 mise en avant, avec une exigence claire: des repas servis a\u0300 temps et toujours chauds.<\/p>\n<p>Les constats effectue\u0301s sur le terrain font e\u0301tat d\u2019un niveau de pre\u0301paration satisfaisant, avec des prestataires mobilise\u0301s et des installations conformes aux standards requis.<\/p>\n<p>Les tests de menus se sont re\u0301ve\u0301le\u0301s concluants, plusieurs plats, dont la boule accompagne\u0301e de daraba frais et le charmout, ayant particulie\u0300rement se\u0301duit la de\u0301le\u0301gation.<\/p>\n<p>Saluant les efforts engage\u0301s, le pre\u0301sident de l\u2019ORGEP a encourage\u0301 les prestataires a\u0300 maintenir cette dynamique afin d\u2019e\u0302tre pleinement ope\u0301rationnels a\u0300 l\u2019arrive\u0301e des pe\u0300lerins.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0300 travers ces mesures, l\u2019ORGEP entend garantir aux pe\u0300lerins tchadiens des conditions de restauration optimales, en ade\u0301quation avec leurs habitudes alimentaires, tout au long de leur se\u0301jour en terre sainte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Tchad<\/span>, suivez <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Africa-Press<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
