Ce financement permettra a\u0300 l\u2019E\u0301tat tchadien de contribuer a\u0300 l\u2019augmentation du capital social du Fonds de Solidarite\u0301 Africain (FSA).<\/p>\n<p>Le second projet porte sur la ratification de deux accords de pre\u0302t: l\u2019un signe\u0301 avec la BADEA, l\u2019autre avec l\u2019OPEC Fund for International Development. Ces financements visent la mise en \u0153uvre de la Phase III du projet de de\u0301veloppement inte\u0301gre\u0301 de la riziculture dans la plaine du Chari-Logone (PDRI-CL3).<\/p>\n<p>La se\u0301ance, pre\u0301side\u0301e par M. Ali Kolotou Tchai\u0308mi, Pre\u0301sident de l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale, s\u2019est de\u0301roule\u0301e en pre\u0301sence du Secre\u0301taire d\u2019E\u0301tat aux Finances, M. Ali Djadda Kampard, du Ministre de la Production et de l\u2019Industrialisation Agricole, M. Keda Ballah, ainsi que du Secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral adjoint du Gouvernement, M. Bourkou De\u0301de\u0301 Alhadj.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019expose\u0301 des motifs du ministre des Finances, le Fonds de Solidarite\u0301 Africain est une institution panafricaine de garantie destine\u0301e a\u0300 faciliter l\u2019acce\u0300s au financement des pays membres. Quant au projet agricole, il s\u2019inscrit dans une strate\u0301gie de partenariat renforce\u0301 avec les bailleurs internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Clo\u0302turant les de\u0301bats, le Pre\u0301sident de l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale a rappele\u0301 que l\u2019investissement ne peut reposer uniquement sur les ressources propres du pays et ne\u0301cessite l\u2019appui des partenaires.
