Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Dans un communique\u0301 de presse conjoint publie\u0301 ce samedi 25 avril 2026, les pre\u0301sidents de plusieurs partis politiques de l\u2019opposition tchadienne ont vivement condamne\u0301 la de\u0301cision de la Cour Supre\u0302me de\u0301clarant nul le Groupe de Concertation des Acteurs Politiques (GCAP). Ils de\u0301noncent e\u0301galement les arrestations qui ont suivi, qualifiant ces actes d\u2019arbitraires et de man\u0153uvres visant a\u0300 e\u0301carter l\u2019opposition de l\u2019e\u0301chiquier politique.<\/p>\n

Pour les signataires, le GCAP est un cadre de concertation \u00bbre\u0301publicain et pacifique, ne\u0301 de la volonte\u0301 de partis politiques le\u0301galement enregistre\u0301s \u00bb. Le groupe se mobilise notamment en vue d\u2019une marche pacifique pre\u0301vue le 2 mai. D\u2019apre\u0300s eux, les arrestations de leurs camarades sont tout simplement arbitraires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Interpeller des responsables politiques au lendemain de cette annonce, sans mandat d\u2019arre\u0302t ni infraction caracte\u0301rise\u0301e, constitue une de\u0301tention arbitraire et une intimidation politique \u00bb, de\u0301noncent-ils.<\/p>\n

Les signataires condamnent avec la plus grande fermete\u0301 cette strate\u0301gie qu\u2019ils estiment destine\u0301e a\u0300 effacer \u00bbjuridiquement et physiquement \u00bb le GCAP.<\/p>\n

Ils articulent leur contestation autour de trois points majeurs. Sur la forme: un arre\u0302t de justice annonce\u0301 par un simple communique\u0301 du ministe\u0300re de la Se\u0301curite\u0301 Publique (et non par la Cour Supre\u0302me elle-me\u0302me) constitue une \u00bbimmixtion flagrante \u00bb de l\u2019exe\u0301cutif dans le judiciaire.<\/p>\n

Sur la notion de nullite\u0301: prononcer la nullite\u0301 d\u2019un regroupement de partis le\u0301galement constitue\u0301s, \u00bbsans motif explicite, sans de\u0301bat contradictoire et sans notification pre\u0301alable aux inte\u0301resse\u0301s, viole le droit a\u0300 un proce\u0300s e\u0301quitable et les liberte\u0301s d\u2019association garanties par la Constitution \u00bb, regrettent-ils.<\/p>\n

Sur les arrestations: interpeller des responsables politiques au lendemain d\u2019une annonce administrative, sans mandat ni infraction caracte\u0301rise\u0301e, rele\u0300ve de la de\u0301tention \u00bbarbitraire et de l\u2019intimidation politique \u00bb, asse\u0300nent ces leaders.<\/p>\n

Face a\u0300 cette situation, les partis signataires exigent la publication \u00bbimme\u0301diate et inte\u0301grale \u00bb de l\u2019arre\u0302t n\u00b0002\/CS\/CA\/SC\/2026 et de ses motifs ; le respect strict de la proce\u0301dure judiciaire ; la libe\u0301ration \u00bbimme\u0301diate et sans condition \u00bb des leaders interpelle\u0301s ; la cessation des inge\u0301rences du pouvoir exe\u0301cutif dans les affaires judiciaires.<\/p>\n

Les signataires appellent leurs militants au calme, a\u0300 la vigilance et a\u0300 la mobilisation pacifique. Ils prennent a\u0300 te\u0301moin le peuple tchadien ainsi que la communaute\u0301 internationale (Union Africaine, CEEAC et partenaires bilate\u0301raux) face a\u0300 ce qu\u2019ils qualifient de \u00bbde\u0301rive grave \u00bb contre l\u2019E\u0301tat de droit et la de\u0301mocratie<\/p>\n
