La politique de renouvellement des mat\u00e9riels des b\u00e2timents v\u00e9tustes a pour objectif de cr\u00e9er des conditions de travail descentes pour les acteurs du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration du CHU d&rsquo;Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9, Dr. Abdelmahmoud Ch\u00eane, par ailleurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 provincial de la sant\u00e9 du Ouadda\u00ef, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le conseil d&rsquo;administration a eu un retard suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19. Il a assur\u00e9 que le budget sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 rationnellement selon les besoins exprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La direction du CHU d&rsquo;Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9 entend mettre en place des mesures telles que l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des suivis mensuels, des recettes, la sanction des agents v\u00e9reux, la mise sur pied d&rsquo;une commission de lutte contre la vente illicite des m\u00e9dicaments et le racket des patients en vue d&rsquo;une am\u00e9lioration des conditions d&rsquo;accueil et le respect de la d\u00e9ontologie m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
