Des associations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 manifester contre la charte du Conseil militaire de transition (CMT), dirig\u00e9 par le fils d\u2019Idriss D\u00e9by, Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno.Ces marches, r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement organis\u00e9es depuis le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident en avril, d\u00e9noncent aussi l\u2019attitude de la France, l\u2019ancienne puissance coloniale, accus\u00e9e par une partie de l\u2019opposition de soutenir le nouveau pouvoir.\u201dLe Tchad n\u2019est pas un royaume\u201d, \u201cNon au soutien de la France au syst\u00e8me D\u00e9by p\u00e8re et fils\u201d, \u00e9tait-il notamment \u00e9crit sur les affiches des manifestants.La marche avait \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s. La manifestation, encadr\u00e9e par des forces de l\u2019ordre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es massivement, s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans le calme, selon un journaliste de l\u2019AFP.Succ\u00e8s Masra, farouche opposant des D\u00e9by et fondateur du mouvement politique Les Transformateurs, participait pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 l\u2019une de ces manifestations depuis la mort du pr\u00e9sident-mar\u00e9chal D\u00e9by.\u201dRien que pour la m\u00e9moire de nos martyrs, nous ne devons jamais abandonner la lutte\u201d, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias. Le 27 avril, six personnes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena et dans le sud du Tchad, selon les autorit\u00e9s, neuf selon une ONG locale, au cours de manifestations interdites.\u201dNous marchons aujourd\u2019hui pour exiger la r\u00e9vision de la charte r\u00e9gissant la transition et d\u00e9noncer les arr\u00eat\u00e9s mettant en place les comit\u00e9s non inclusifs du dialogue\u201d, a pour sa part confi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019AFP Max Loalngar, porte-parole de Wakit Tamma, une plateforme de l\u2019opposition.Depuis l\u2019annonce de la mort du pr\u00e9sident D\u00e9by le 20 avril, Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, 37 ans, a promis des \u00e9lections \u201clibres et d\u00e9mocratiques\u201d \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un dialogue national cens\u00e9 r\u00e9concilier tous les Tchadiens.La p\u00e9riode de transition est de 18 mois renouvelable, mais la junte n\u2019a pas exclu une prolongation.
