Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>A travers le d\u00e9cret N\u00b02462\/PR\/2020, le gouvernement a prorog\u00e9 le couvre-feu nocturne de deux semaines \u00e0 partir de ce 15 D2CEMBRE. Les Provinces du Gu\u00e9ra, du Kanem, du Logone Occidental, du Logone Oriental, du Mayo-Kebbi Ouest, du Mayo-Kebbi Est, dans la ville de N\u2019Djamena, \u00e0 Mandelia, au Logone-Gana et de N\u2019Djamena-Farah \u00e0 Guitt\u00e9 sont concern\u00e9es par la mesure.<\/p>\n

Dans les provinces du Mayo-Kebbi et Moyen Chari le couvre-feu est fix\u00e9 de 19 heures 00 \u00e0 05 heures 00 du matin. A N\u2019Djamena et les autres localit\u00e9s susmentionn\u00e9es: de 21 heures 00 \u00e0 05 heures 00 du matin.<\/p>\n

Suite \u00e0 cette annonce, les populations ont manifest\u00e9 leurs m\u00e9contentements. Elles demandent au gouvernement une d\u00e9rogation pour les f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. \u00ab Si les 24 et 31 la mesure est maintenue, les populations annoncent une d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance civile \u00bb, d\u00e9clare un internaute. Les habitants du Moyen Chari quant \u00e0 eux demandent au gouvernement de revoir les horaires, au lieu de 19 heures \u00e0 5 heures, ils souhaitent \u00eatre au m\u00eame niveau que les autres.
