Cet organe \u00ab\u00a0va faire office d’Assembl\u00e9e nationale de transition\u00a0\u00bb dans l’attente d’\u00e9lections, pr\u00e9cise un dossier distribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse vendredi.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le chef de la junte au pouvoir au Tchad, Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, a \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9sign\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb par d\u00e9cret, vendredi 24 septembre, les membres qui vont composer le parlement temporaire, cinq mois apr\u00e8s s’\u00eatre proclam\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 la mort de son p\u00e8re Idriss D\u00e9by Itno.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les personnalit\u00e9s dont les noms suivent sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es membres du Conseil national de transition (CNT)\u00a0\u00bb, lit-on dans un d\u00e9cret sign\u00e9 par le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno. Quand ce dernier s’est proclam\u00e9 chef de l’\u00c9tat \u00e0 la t\u00eate d’un Conseil Militaire de Transition (CMT) le 20 avril dernier, il avait promis de nommer rapidement ce CNT. Cet organe \u00ab\u00a0va faire office d’Assembl\u00e9e nationale de transition\u00a0\u00bb dans l’attente d’\u00e9lections, pr\u00e9cise un dossier distribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse vendredi.<\/p>\n

Des quotas fix\u00e9s d’avance<\/b><\/p>\n

Les 93 noms suivent des quotas fix\u00e9s d’avance, notamment au moins 30 % de d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale sortante, dissoute lors de la prise du pouvoir de la junte, 30 % de femmes et 30 % de jeunes.<\/p>\n

Quand Mahamat D\u00e9by, 37 ans, s’est proclam\u00e9 chef de l’\u00c9tat \u00e0 la t\u00eate d’un CMT, il avait promis des \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lections libres et transparentes\u00a0\u00bb avant 18 mois et de nommer rapidement ce CNT, mais ce parlement de transition s’est longtemps fait attendre.<\/p>\n

Des membres de l’ancienne opposition au d\u00e9funt pr\u00e9sident D\u00e9by en font partie mais aucun de la plateforme Wakit Tamma, des partis et organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile qui d\u00e9noncent le coup de force du fils D\u00e9by.<\/p>\n

La junte, le CMT, dirig\u00e9e par Mahamat D\u00e9by et compos\u00e9e de 14 autres g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, d\u00e9tient l’essentiel du pouvoir ex\u00e9cutif mais a nomm\u00e9, le 11 mai, sous d’intenses pressions internationales, un gouvernement confi\u00e9 \u00e0 un Premier ministre civil, Albert Pahimi Padack\u00e9, le dernier \u00e0 occuper d\u00e9j\u00e0 cette fonction sous feu Idriss D\u00e9by.<\/p>\n

Le mar\u00e9chal D\u00e9by avait dirig\u00e9 le Tchad d’une main de fer 30 ann\u00e9es durant avant d’\u00eatre tu\u00e9 le 19 avril en menant une offensive contre une colonne de rebelles dans le nord.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
