Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le projet de formation et insertion des jeunes d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 FORMI renforce les capacit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rents acteurs de la formation professionnelle avec un atelier de formation en ing\u00e9nierie.<\/p>\n

Les activit\u00e9s du projet FORMI cadrent avec le plan d\u00e9cennal de d\u00e9veloppement de l’\u00e9ducation et de l’alphab\u00e9tisation 2017-2026 et la politique nationale de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle initi\u00e9sTchad : l’ing\u00e9nierie au centre d’une formation au Batha pour faire face au ch\u00f4mage par le gouvernement pour lutter contre le ch\u00f4mage et le sous-emploi.<\/p>\n

La formation de trois jours vise \u00e0 contribuer au renforcement des comp\u00e9tences des personnes ressources en ing\u00e9nierie, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 les rendre op\u00e9rationnelles et d’am\u00e9liorer leurs capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Pour le directeur pays de Suisscontact et chef de projet FORMI, Emmanuel Boussennec, l’ambition est de contribuer \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences locales en ing\u00e9nierie de formation et cr\u00e9er de la richesse locale.<\/p>\n

Ouvrant les travaux de cet atelier de formation, le gouverneur de la province du Batha, Djimta Ben-Dergon, a relev\u00e9 que cette formation permettra aux diff\u00e9rentes acteurs d’accompagner le projet \u00e0 former les jeunes afin de r\u00e9pondre au march\u00e9 du travail pour r\u00e9duire le ch\u00f4mage et la pauvret\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
