Tahir Hamid Nguilin et le Premier conseiller de l\u2019ambassade de France au Tchad, Gilles Roussey ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ce mercredi 29 septembre 2021 \u00e0 la signature de la convention d\u2019une nouvelle subvention d\u2019aide budg\u00e9taire d\u2019un montant de 15M\u20ac (soit pr\u00e8s de 10 milliards de francs CFA)<\/p>\n<p>Cette aide qui vient en appui au budget du pays apporte une r\u00e9ponse au besoin de financement de l\u2019\u00c9tat tchadien. Elle vise plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 soutenir les efforts de l\u2019Etat Tchadien dans le cadre du programme en discussion avec le Fonds mon\u00e9taire international.<\/p>\n<p>Cette subvention d\u2019aide budg\u00e9taire qui permettra de soutenir le secteur de la sant\u00e9, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la gouvernance financi\u00e8re et de la gestion des finances publiques, ainsi que le Comit\u00e9 National de Coordination du G5 Sahel, sera affect\u00e9e selon la d\u00e9clinaison suivante propos\u00e9e par le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 Publique et de la Solidarit\u00e9 Nationale (MSPN) et le Minist\u00e8re des Finances et du Budget (MFB) :1,594 Mds FCFA au profit de trois h\u00f4pitaux nationaux et du Centre National de Transfusion Sanguine ; 1,261 Mds FCFA au profit des vingt-trois h\u00f4pitaux provinciaux ; 0,430 Mds FCFA au profit de programmes nationaux ; 5,437 Mds FCFA au profit de l\u2019informatisation et de l\u2019interconnexion des services \u00e9conomiques et financiers du Tchad ; 0,612Mds FCFA destin\u00e9 au renforcement des fonctions de contr\u00f4le de la Chambre des Comptes et de l\u2019Inspection G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Finances ; 0,455 Mds FCFA en soutien aux administrations d\u00e9concentr\u00e9es du minist\u00e8re des finances ; 0,050 Mds FCFA au profit du Comit\u00e9 National de Coordination du G5 Sahel Avec cette nouvelle aide budg\u00e9taire, le montant total des appuis du Tr\u00e9sor fran\u00e7ais vers\u00e9s au Tchad depuis 2016 atteint 170 M\u20ac (soit plus de 110 milliards de francs CFA sur une p\u00e9riode de 6 ans).
