Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Dans le cadre de la redynamisation de ses activit\u00e9s, l\u2019Office national pour la promotion de l\u2019emploi (ONAPE), antenne d\u2019Ati a initi\u00e9 le projet d\u2019appui \u00e0 la promotion de l\u2019auto-emploi dans le d\u00e9partement du Fitri.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pour permettre de r\u00e9duire le taux de ch\u00f4mage et faire en sorte que les jeunes, les groupements agricoles puissent participer au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et \u00e9radiquer la migration des bras valides vers d\u2019autres pays.<\/p>\n

Pour le chef d\u2019agence antenne ONAPE d\u2019Ati, Djikoloum Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, il y a une forte croissance de la population des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ch\u00f4meurs. Ce qui est d\u00fb, selon lui, au manque des structures d\u2019encadrement. Or, rel\u00e8ve-t-il, les besoins sont immenses et les potentialit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement des affaires existent tant en milieu rural qu\u2019urbain.<\/p>\n

Djikoloum Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric a en fin demand\u00e9 aux jeunes et aux groupements agricoles du d\u00e9partement de Fitri d\u2019aller aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ONAPE d\u2019Ati pour des orientations et de montage de leurs projets afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des financements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
