Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019ancien ministre du P\u00e9trole et de l\u2019\u00c9nergie, Boukar Michel, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 vendredi \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Radisson Blu son livre intitul\u00e9 : \u00ab Agriculture et \u00e9nergie renouvelable post COVID-19 : solutions pratiques et perspectives pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le livre de 374 pages se penche en 10 chapitres sur les diff\u00e9rentes sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables, les questions de changement climatique, de la D\u00e9claration des Droits de l’Humanit\u00e9 (DDHu) qui lutte contre le changement climatique, de l\u2019avenir des subventions agricoles, la question fonci\u00e8re avec des contrats agricoles pour \u00e9viter des conflits entre \u00e9leveurs-agriculteurs, la formation pratique des jeunes aux m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019agriculture, la r\u00e9orientation de l\u2019agriculture post COVID-19.<\/p>\n

L’ouvrage de Boukar Michel analyse la complexit\u00e9 du processus de d\u00e9veloppement et constitue une anticipation de solution \u00e0 consulter pour toute personne pr\u00e9occup\u00e9e par l\u2019avenir de la plan\u00e8te. Cet ouvrage a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 aussi des th\u00e9matiques relatives \u00e0 la production et l\u2019utilisation du compost pour permettre aux agriculteurs de s\u2019adapter aux changements climatiques en r\u00e9duisant le co\u00fbt et l\u2019achat des engrains.<\/p>\n

Dans ce livre scientifique, l\u2019ancien ministre du P\u00e9trole et de l\u2019\u00c9nergie Boukar Michel propose un dimensionnement des syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques pour l\u2019irrigation, \u00e0 travers le calcul de l\u2019\u00e9vapotranspiration en utilisant le logiciel croppwat de la FAO. Des \u00e9tudes de cas avec diff\u00e9rents types de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de cultures sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ouvrage procure les m\u00e9canismes de mise en \u0153uvre du d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, notamment par la construction des hydrauliques pastorales et agricoles dont les organisations communautaires villageoises seront associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation et l\u2019entretien.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers la d\u00e9dicace de cet ouvrage, Boukar Michel \u00e0 l’ambition de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement du monde en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, de son pays et des communaut\u00e9s en particulier. Selon lui, \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le monde s\u2019accroche insolemment, mais d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment aux ressources naturelles tarissables, nous proposons l\u2019agriculture et les \u00e9nergies renouvelables pour assurer de mani\u00e8re perenne, le d\u00e9veloppement de nos \u00e9conomies et la survie de nos communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le livre est vendu \u00e0 50.000 FCFA \u00e0 titre promotionnel pour la journ\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9sentation. L\u2019auteur de l\u2019ouvrage, l\u2019ancien ministre Boukar Michel a remis symboliquement un livre au repr\u00e9sentant de la Premi\u00e8re Dame. Mme. Hinda Deby Itno a command\u00e9 plusieurs livres de Boukar Michel pour les dispatcher dans toutes les structures de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n
