Le pr\u00e9sident de l’UNAPHT, Djimnayel Robkedi, a rappel\u00e9 que le Tchad a ratifi\u00e9 la CRDPH et a pris l’engagement de respecter et faire respecter les droits des personnes handicap\u00e9es tant du point de vue des textes qu’il aura \u00e9dict\u00e9 que dans les actes de la vie pratique.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il est du devoir de notre pays de rendre inclusives les diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s afin de permettre aux personnes handicap\u00e9es de jouir pleinement et sereinement de leurs droits comme tout autre citoyen\u00a0\u00bb, selon lui.<\/p>\n

La repr\u00e9sentante du haut-commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l’Homme, Flaminia Minelli, a salu\u00e9 l’initiative d’avoir constitu\u00e9 un r\u00e9seau pour \u00e9valuer les niveaux de mise en \u0153uvre de la convention de fa\u00e7on plus profonde et efficace.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La question du handicap n’est pas le seul apanage du gouvernement mais elle nous concerne tous.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9claration universelle des droits de l’Homme nous enseigne que l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la valeur de chaque individu sont les principes recteurs\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-elle affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Flaminia Minelli a rappel\u00e9 que la question du respect des droits de l’Homme et des personnes handicap\u00e9es et leur autonomisation est l’une des pr\u00e9occupations majeures du syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n
