Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019Office national de la promotion de l\u2019emploi (ONAPE) a lanc\u00e9 une formation \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des personnes handicap\u00e9es ce 13 octobre. Elle vise \u00e0 outiller ces derni\u00e8res en montage et gestion des micro-entreprises.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est une formation qui vise \u00e0 outiller les personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite en montage et gestion des micro-entreprises. Elles sont 70 personnes handicap\u00e9es \u00e0 accepter de se faire former par les agents de l\u2019Office national de la promotion de l\u2019emploi (ONAPE).<\/p>\n

Elles viennent de quatre associations des personnes handicap\u00e9es. \ufffcLe directeur de l\u2019ONAPE pronon\u00e7ant son allocution de circonstance Une formation qui intervient apr\u00e8s les multiples crises socio-\u00e9conomiques et sanitaires dans le pays et le monde.<\/p>\n

Selon le directeur de l\u2019ONAPE, Sadick Brahim Dicko, des personnes handicap\u00e9es sont d\u00e9laiss\u00e9es et font l\u2019objet de discrimination. \u2019\u2019Ces personnes ont moins de chance d\u2019obtenir un emploi d\u00e9cent que des personnes valides.<\/p>\n

Et la plus part d\u2019entre elles sont \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9laiss\u00e9es, d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es et victimes de discrimination multiples\u2019\u2019. La formation durera 11 jours. Elle sera ax\u00e9e sur quelques modules, notamment la culture entrepreneuriale, l\u2019analyse du march\u00e9 de l\u2019environnement et des capacit\u00e9s interne de l\u2019entrepreneur, les strat\u00e9gies entrepreneuriales, le montage de projet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
