Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Par un point de presse ce matin, la gouverneure du Mandoul, Diamra Betolngar demande pardon \u00e0 la population du Mandoul et annule officiellement l\u2019accord de Koumra sur la r\u00e9paration civile qui fait de toll\u00e9 depuis quelques jours.<\/p>\n

C\u2019en est fini de l\u2019accord de Koumra. La gouverneure du Mandoul, Mme Diamra Betolngar l\u2019a d\u00e9chir\u00e9 ce matin en pr\u00e9sence des autorit\u00e9s administratives, traditionnelles, des chefs de partis politiques et autres.<\/p>\n

Avant de d\u00e9chirer le document, Diamra Betolngar est revenu sur les circonstances de sa signature. \u201cJ\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture de l\u2019association des chefs coutumiers.<\/p>\n

\u00c9tant sur place on m\u2019a dit qu\u2019un accord relatif \u00e0 la coexistence pacifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9 et approuv\u00e9 par les diff\u00e9rentes notabilit\u00e9s afin d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les conflits \u00e9leveurs-agriculteurs\u201d, indique-t-elle.<\/p>\n

En soulignant que les incidents sanglants \u00e9pisodique qui ne cessent d\u2019endeuiller sa province l\u2019affligent en sa qualit\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re responsable et de m\u00e8re, la gouverneure affirme que sa signature au bas du document n\u2019\u00e9tait que sans pr\u00e9caution excessive pour lui donner force afin d\u2019avoir un outil qui limiterait les r\u00e9clamations excessives faites sous pression dans les cas d\u2019accident.<\/p>\n

Car elle dit croire d\u00e9tenir un moyen pour d\u00e9fendre et prot\u00e9ger les maillons faibles dans ces conflits. Malheureusement cet accord a provoqu\u00e9 une avalanche d\u2019acerbes critiques \u00e0 son encontre, constate-t-elle.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pourquoi, elle demande pardon \u00e0 tous les fils et filles du Mandoul ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 tous les compatriotes bless\u00e9s dans leur intimit\u00e9 car \u201cje suis au Mandoul pour son d\u00e9veloppement et non son retardement\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cJe peux d\u00e9fendre mes int\u00e9r\u00eats par tout moyen peut-\u00eatre mais ne jamais trahir les populations de ma province dont la destin\u00e9e m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e sans trahir aussi la confiance de mes plus hautes autorit\u00e9s pour servir mes concitoyens\u201d, d\u00e9clare. Elle conclut en appelant les autorit\u00e9s judiciaires \u00e0 faire appliquer les lois de la R\u00e9publique dans toute leur rigueur \u00e0 tout fauteur de troubles.<\/p>\n
