Africa Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>La formation \u00e9tait articul\u00e9e autour de la planification strat\u00e9gique et la gestion des r\u00e9sultats au profit du personnel. Le D.G de l\u2019agence, Ousman Mahamat Nour Elimi explique que, ce travail s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de continuit\u00e9 d\u2019activit\u00e9s de promotion d\u2019investissements et des exportations et dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration e son efficacit\u00e9 par le biais des processus organisationnels. Ceci, pour permettre de d\u00e9boucher sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration participative d\u2019un nouveau plan strat\u00e9gique 2021-2025 qui pr\u00e9sentera les perspectives d\u2019avenir et permettre une continuit\u00e9 vers la vision \u00e0 long terme de l\u2019ANIE.<\/p>\n

Le personnel d\u2019encadrement de l\u2019ANIE a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9difi\u00e9 sur la planification strat\u00e9gique et la gestion ax\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats (GAR). Lesquels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s par l\u2019agence pour permettre d\u2019assumer ses pr\u00e9rogatives et participer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires et \u00e0 la promotion des investissements et des exportations.<\/p>\n

Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ANIE ajoute que l\u2019autre objectif est de parvenir \u00e0 la co-construction du Plan strat\u00e9gique 2021-2025 devant se baser sur les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9valuation du Plan strat\u00e9gique 2014-2018 dont le rapport provisoire est disponible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
