{"id":12879,"date":"2021-10-27T16:03:02","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T16:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/politique\/la-posoc-ne-reconnait-pas-le-pre-forum-de-la-province-du-ouaddai"},"modified":"2021-10-27T16:34:02","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T16:34:02","slug":"la-posoc-ne-reconnait-pas-le-pre-forum-de-la-province-du-ouaddai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/toutes-les-actualites\/la-posoc-ne-reconnait-pas-le-pre-forum-de-la-province-du-ouaddai","title":{"rendered":"la POSOC ne reconnait pas le pr\u00e9-forum de la province du Ouadda\u00ef"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>La Plateforme des Organisations de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile de la Province du Ouadda\u00ef (POSOC) qui regroupe en son sein 53 organisations des jeunes, des femmes, des groupements et f\u00e9d\u00e9rations, informe l\u2019opinion locale et nationale qu\u2019elle ne reconnait pas la tenue du pr\u00e9-forum de la province du Ouadda\u00ef.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En effet, nous avons constat\u00e9 avec surprise que le pr\u00e9-forum qui se tient depuis ce lundi 25 octobre 2021, \u00e0 l\u2019Institut National des Sciences et Techniques d\u2019Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9 (INSTA), et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le gouverneur de la province du Ouadda\u00ef, est organis\u00e9 en cachette.<\/p>\n<p>Nous ignorons de quelle mani\u00e8re et sur quelle base les participants \u00e0 ce pr\u00e9-forum ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00bb, peut-on apprendre du communiqu\u00e9 rendu public le 26 octobre 2021 et sign\u00e9 de Mahamat Ali Moukhtar, porte-parole 1er adjoint de la plateforme POSOC .<\/p>\n<p>La POSOC rappelle que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de la province du Ouadda\u00ef n\u2019est pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 ces assises qui constituent la phase o\u00f9 toutes les diff\u00e9rentes couches socioprofessionnelles, y compris la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, doivent se retrouver pour discuter des questions vitales du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit alors d\u2019en ressortir des propositions et r\u00e9solutions pour permettre de pr\u00e9parer le Dialogue national inclusif. \u00ab La POSOC d\u00e9nonce avec la derni\u00e8re \u00e9nergie cette mani\u00e8re de faire et ne reconna\u00eet pas la tenue de ce pr\u00e9-forum.
