Pour Yaya Dillo, un bon pr\u00e9sident ne distribue pas de biens, il cherche des solutions p\u00e9rennes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>De passage en Turquie, le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition a offert 45,8 millions de FCFA aux \u00e9tudiants tchadiens. Cet argent est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 1855 apprenants r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s par la repr\u00e9sentation diplomatique. Il s\u2019agit en effet des \u00e9tudiants tchadiens de Turquie et de Chypre. Cet acte est critique par l\u2019opposant Yaya Dillo Djerou qui estime qu\u2019un pr\u00e9sident doit proposer des solutions p\u00e9rennes aux probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Lorsqu\u2019un pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique distribue des biens (des v\u00e9hicules, de l\u2019argent) de l\u2019Etat, soyez rassur\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agit du principal voleur de la R\u00e9publique \u00bb. Il estime que c\u2019est le mode de fonctionnement des \u00ab pr\u00e9sidents pr\u00e9dateurs dont le tr\u00e9sor public est leur salaire \u00bb. Pour le pr\u00e9sident du PSF, \u00ab un pr\u00e9sident normal d\u2019un pays normal cherche des solutions globales aux probl\u00e8mes de ses concitoyens \u00bb.
