En ce qui concerne Pala, deux associations en sont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Il s&rsquo;agit de Kaoutal et de ALT, pour un montant de pr\u00e8s de six millions de francs CFA.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature de contrat de financement s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel de Ville de Pala ce jeudi 28 octobre 2021. Un geste salu\u00e9 par le maire de la ville, Tao Hindabo.<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, le financement des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (OSC) vise le renforcement de la d\u00e9mocratie, de la culture de la paix et de la coh\u00e9sion sociale pour une participation citoyenne effective aux actions de d\u00e9veloppement. La cr\u00e9ation et le renforcement des m\u00e9canismes durables sont des gages de viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et sociale des collectivit\u00e9s autonomes, dit-il.<\/p>\n<p>De l&rsquo;avis du responsable administratif et financier de l\u2019APLFT, Dinguambaye Laokein Emmanuel, repr\u00e9sentant la coordinatrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les financements des projets tests doivent \u00eatre bien g\u00e9r\u00e9s et bien utilis\u00e9s, afin de gagner la confiance des bailleurs ou des partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Car le remboursement est imm\u00e9diat en cas de d\u00e9rive, ceci pour garantir la bonne gouvernance mart\u00e8le.
