Cette solution constitutionnelle apparait aux yeux de certains Tchadiens comme celle qui pourrait favoriser une meilleure r\u00e9partition des pouvoirs. Pour le consultant ind\u00e9pendant Baniara Yoyana, \u201cle vivre ensemble est mal en point aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n

Est-ce qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas bon aujourd\u2019hui que chacun se d\u00e9veloppe localement tout en ayant \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que le Tchad reste un pays unique avec un gouvernement central, que cette fois-ci on propose qu\u2019il soit f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et que les gouvernements locaux soient g\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 leur niveau. Mais que les gens ne se mettent pas en t\u00eate que la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration veut dire s\u00e9cession ou s\u00e9paration du pays\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n
