Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le parti \u201cUn nouveau jour\u201d et un pool d\u2019avocats veulent trainer le gouvernement en Justice par rapport au surcreusement de la tranch\u00e9e, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e\u201d trou de D\u00e9by\u201d. Une action judiciaire contre le gouvernement, par rapport au surcreusement de la tranch\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Est de N\u2019Djam\u00e9na est en vue.<\/p>\n

En date du 16 octobre 2021, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du parti politique \u201cUn nouveau Jour\u201d, Nasra Djimasngar a lanc\u00e9 une op\u00e9ration de recensement des populations victimes de ce surcreusement afin d\u2019intenter cette action \u00e0 travers un pool d\u2019avocats constitu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Trois semaines apr\u00e8s le lancement de l\u2019op\u00e9ration, Nasra Djimasngar, le secr\u00e9taire du parti \u201cUn nouveau jour\u201d, se r\u00e9jouit. \u201cLorsque nous avions lanc\u00e9 l\u2019appel, les gens ont pens\u00e9 que nous sommes au Tchad, c\u2019est le gouvernement donc m\u00eame si on l\u2019am\u00e8ne devant le juge, il ne dira vraiment rien.<\/p>\n

Mais on est surpris de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9action\u201d, d\u00e9clare-t-il dans l\u2019\u00e9mission \u201cQuestion d\u2019actualit\u00e9\u201d, ce mercredi, 3 novembre, \u00e0 la radio Arc-en-ciel, avant de pr\u00e9ciser que d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u201cplus de 360 familles sont concern\u00e9es et une nouvelle liste de 19 familles vient d\u2019\u00eatre ajout\u00e9e\u201d.<\/p>\n

Dans un premier temps, \u201cnous allons demander une proc\u00e9dure en r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour que les travaux soient arr\u00eat\u00e9s, ensuite nous allons demander que la partie d\u00e9j\u00e0 creus\u00e9e soit remblay\u00e9e\u201d, dit-il.<\/p>\n

Ce samedi, 6 novembre 2021, une rencontre avec les victimes habitants dans l\u2019Est de N\u2019Djam\u00e9na, se tiendra au sein du si\u00e8ge du parti \u201cUn nouveau jour\u201d pour analyser les actions futures.<\/p>\n
