Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’ONAPE, Sidick Ibrahim Diko, le choix de r\u00e9unir les quatre organisations fa\u00eeti\u00e8res des personnes handicap\u00e9es dans une m\u00eame salle et de les former en montage et gestion des micro-entreprises n’est pas fortuit. Il s’agit d’une volont\u00e9 manifeste de l’ONAPE d’aider particuli\u00e8rement cette couche qui est d\u00e9favoris\u00e9e et victime de discriminations multiples.<\/p>\n

Pour lui, l’entrepreneuriat est un domaine paraissant inaccessible \u00e0 la population, tant il est exigeant, compliqu\u00e9, truff\u00e9 d’al\u00e9as et m\u00eame d’inconnues qui ne rendent pas la t\u00e2che facile \u00e0 la population active et surtout aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite ou vivant avec un handicap.<\/p>\n

L’ONAPE forme et finance les demandeurs d’emploi et les personnes en \u00e2ge de travailler sur l’ensemble du territoire national, assure Sidick Ibrahim Diko.<\/p>\n

Il exhorte les participants \u00e0 promouvoir les diff\u00e9rents outils auxquels ils se sont familiaris\u00e9s afin d’am\u00e9liorer leur situation socio-\u00e9conomique et partant apporter leur modeste contribution au d\u00e9veloppement du pays.<\/p>\n

S’agissant des recommandations relatives au financement des projets des personnes handicap\u00e9es, l’ONAPE s’engage \u00e0 le faire avant la fin de l’ann\u00e9e 2021.<\/p>\n

Les participants demandent au gouvernement d’avoir une vision sp\u00e9ciale pour les personnes vivant avec un handicap, de continuer \u00e0 impliquer les personnes handicap\u00e9es dans les instances de prise des d\u00e9cisions, de mettre en application les textes de protection et de subventionner les organisations fa\u00eeti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

La formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la remise d’attestations. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a vu la pr\u00e9sence du pr\u00e9sident du conseil d’administration de l’ONAPE et du repr\u00e9sentant du ministre de la Fonction publique.<\/p>\n
