{"id":13712,"date":"2021-11-14T18:18:56","date_gmt":"2021-11-14T18:18:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/politique\/le-fmi-attentif-a-la-renegociation-de-la-dette-avec-glencore"},"modified":"2021-11-14T22:10:54","modified_gmt":"2021-11-14T22:10:54","slug":"le-fmi-attentif-a-la-renegociation-de-la-dette-avec-glencore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/economie\/le-fmi-attentif-a-la-renegociation-de-la-dette-avec-glencore","title":{"rendered":"le FMI attentif \u00e0 la ren\u00e9gociation de la dette avec Glencore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le directeur du d\u00e9partement Afrique du Fonds mon\u00e9taire international (FMI), Abebe Aemro Selassie, a annonc\u00e9 le 12 novembre que le principal cr\u00e9ancier du Tchad, Glencore, s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 entreprendre des n\u00e9gociations de bonne foi pour ren\u00e9gocier sa dette.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le FMI comprend que le Tchad a r\u00e9cemment re\u00e7u une communication du principal cr\u00e9ancier du secteur priv\u00e9 qui signale qu\u2019il s\u2019engage \u00e0 avoir des entretiens de bonne foi avec les autorit\u00e9s tchadiennes au sujet de la ren\u00e9gociation de dette sollicit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cette annonce suit les assurances de financement fournies par les cr\u00e9anciers officiels du Tchad participant au Cadre commun, dans leur d\u00e9claration du 16 juin \u00bb, selon le FMI.<\/p>\n<p>Environ 90% des droits d\u2019exportation du p\u00e9trole du Tchad servent \u00e0 rembourser la dette de Glencore contract\u00e9e en 2014 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Hydrocarbures du Tchad (SHT).<\/p>\n<p>Le trader suisse et son pool de bailleurs r\u00e9clament 1,4 milliard de dollars (dont 347 millions pour le seul Glencore) n\u00e9s d\u2019un deal conclu en 2014, explique Financial Afrik.
