Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Nomm\u00e9 le 15 octobre dernier, le nouveau gouverneur du Mayo Kebbi Ouest a pris officiellement fonction ce samedi 13 Novembre. Nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la province du Mayo Kebbi Ouest par d\u00e9cret N0 618\/PCMT\/PMT\/MATD du 15 octobre 2021, le nouveau gouverneur du Mayo Kebbi Ouest, le colonel Zilhoub\u00e9 Pafanet Pataldandet prend finalement fonction pr\u00e8s d\u2019un mois apr\u00e8s sa nomination.<\/p>\n

Il remplace \u00e0 ce poste, Hassan Saline qui si\u00e8ge d\u00e9sormais comme Conseiller National \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale. Celui-ci n\u2019\u00e9tait d\u2019ailleurs pas pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de passation de service, dirig\u00e9e par le ministre de l\u2019Administration du Territoire et de la D\u00e9centralisation , Mahamat Cherif Daoussa. Il s\u2019est fait repr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie par son Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Sadick Katir Abdramane.<\/p>\n

Ouvrant la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le Secr\u00e9taires G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la province du Mayo Kebbi Ouest , repr\u00e9sentant le gouverneur, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 g\u00e9ographiquement la province avant de faire le bilan de s\u00e9jour du gouverneur sortant \u00e0 la t\u00eate de cette province, puis d\u2019\u00e9num\u00e9rer les probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents que rencontre cette province, notamment le probl\u00e8me du manque d\u2019eau, malgr\u00e9 les installations hydrauliques, le probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9ternelle question d\u2019enl\u00e8vement des personnes contre ran\u00e7on, le conflit agriculteurs-\u00e9leveurs, le braconnage, etc.<\/p>\n

Le ministre Mahamat CHerif Daoussa s\u2019est r\u00e9jouit de l\u2019accueil de la population de ladite province avant de lancer un message \u00e0 l\u2019endroit du gouverneur entrant.<\/p>\n

\u201cVous \u00eates \u00e0 partir d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui gouverneur du Mayo Kebbi Ouest, les t\u00e2ches qui vous attendent sont immenses, en d\u00e9pit de la confiance que les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de la Transition ont port\u00e9 sur vous\u201d, a t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour clore la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le gouverneur entrant, le colonel Zihoulb\u00e9 Pafanet Pataldandet a d\u2019abord remerci\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9 de transition, tout en promettant de s\u2019attaquer aux forces du mal qui s\u2019adonnent aux mauvaises pratiques, notamment les chefs de canton qui seraient de m\u00e8che avec les malfrats et \u00e9galement les forces de l\u2019ordre et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ind\u00e9licats, tout en rappelant \u00e0 la population la mise en place du num\u00e9ro vert qui est le 116 pour d\u00e9noncer les abus.<\/p>\n

Il faut noter que le gouverneur entrant est un fin connaisseur de la province du Mayo Kebbi Ouest dont il est natif. Homme de treillis, il avait \u00e9galement occup\u00e9, il y a trois ans la fonction du commandant de la l\u00e9gion de la Gendarmerie Nationale No 17 de cette province.<\/p>\n
