Elle intervient plus d\u2019un an apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re tranche encaiss\u00e9e au mois d\u2019aout 2020.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les responsables en charge du football tchadien ont annonc\u00e9, le 15 novembre, avoir re\u00e7u la deuxi\u00e8me tranche du plan d\u2019aide Covid-19. Le 24 ao\u00fbt 2020, une premi\u00e8re enveloppe est encaiss\u00e9e. Cette aide de l\u2019instance faiti\u00e8re du football, vise \u00e0 amortir les effets de la covid-19. La premi\u00e8re enveloppe de 275 millions de FCFA re\u00e7u le 24 ao\u00fbt 2020 est directement redistribu\u00e9 aux concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan d\u2019aide Covid, est accord\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations du football qui font face \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie. Au Tchad les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires directes sont, aux ligues provinciales et au club. Dans son allocution du 15 novembre, le pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9d\u00e9ration tchadienne de football association (FTFA), Mahmoud Moukhtar repr\u00e9cise le contexte. Notamment de permettre aux associations b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de de faire face aux cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques que pourraient engendr\u00e9es la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19. Ces fonds doivent garantir la continuit\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement et du renforcement football f\u00e9minin et masculin, de la base au plus haut niveau.
