Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le ministre des infrastructures et du d\u00e9senclavement Patalet Geo a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du lancement du projet de Gouvernance Fonci\u00e8re Inclusive et Juste au Tchad ce 16 novembre \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Radisson Blu.<\/p>\n

Ce projet vise l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la gouvernance Fonci\u00e8re en R\u00e9publique du Tchad avec des volets sur la s\u00e9curisation fonci\u00e8re ainsi que la valorisation des terres . Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du financement de l\u2019ambassade des Pays Bas \u00e0 travers son programme Land at Scale.<\/p>\n

Selon le Directeur Pays de Oxfam au Tchad, Dedeou Yahiya, le projet Gouvernance Fonci\u00e8re Inclusive et Juste au Tchad est parti d\u2019un atelier avec les organisations de femmes Tchadiennes pour formuler une campagne d\u2019influence vers le gouvernement du Tchad en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les politiques en faveur de la femme rurale.<\/p>\n

Pour lui, le Gouvernement tchadien s\u2019est engag\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9vision et le changement d\u2019orientation vers une politique nationale fonci\u00e8re \u00e0 travers un processus national inclusif et a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 officiellement Oxfam comme facilitateur .<\/p>\n

Le projet \u300a Gouvernance Fonci\u00e8re Inclusive \u300bfait partie des programmes Land at Scale. Un programme financ\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res des Pays Bas et mise en \u0153uvre dans 15 pays \u00e0 travers le monde a indiqu\u00e9 le charg\u00e9 des affaires du Royaume des pays Bas Mark Ruteger Van Der Loeff.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, une grande partie de la population mondiale d\u00e9pend d\u2019un acc\u00e8s s\u00e9curis\u00e9 \u00e0 la terre pour ses revenus et c\u2019est aussi le cas au Tchad. Nous pouvons lire dans les m\u00e9dias les conflits et la violence li\u00e9e aux questions fonci\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Les probl\u00e8mes les plus dominants dans l\u2019administration fonci\u00e8re tels que l\u2019enregistrement des terres co\u00fbte chers, les plans cadastraux d\u00e9taill\u00e9 sont absents en particulier dans les zones rurales et de nombreux litiges fonciers prennent des ann\u00e9es pour \u00eatre r\u00e9solue ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n

Le ministre des infrastructures et du d\u00e9senclavement Patalet Geo pour sa part, salue les initiatives d\u2019Oxfam et affirme que \u00ab cette coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9pond parfaitement aux engagements du minist\u00e8re des affaires fonci\u00e8res du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019habitat et de l\u2019urbanisme de refondre le cadre l\u00e9gislatif r\u00e9glementaire du foncier actuellement inadapt\u00e9 au contexte actuel, pour l\u2019adapter aux nombreuses \u00e9volutions institutionnelles, sociale, \u00e9conomiques et environnementales que connait non seulement le Tchad, mais aussi l\u2019environnement mondiale \u00bb.<\/p>\n
