Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le coordonnateur de la plateforme, Izadine Ahmat Tidjani, explique qu’apr\u00e8s une longue r\u00e9flexion, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er cette plateforme en vue d’unir les forces et les exp\u00e9riences pour contribuer au changement du Tchad.<\/p>\n

La COSAT a pour objectifs la sensibilisation, la formation, la promotion de la citoyennet\u00e9 et des droits de l’Homme, la participation au d\u00e9veloppement et au dialogue, la contribution \u00e0 l’instauration d’un \u00c9tat de droit, de libert\u00e9, de justice, de la bonne gouvernance et surtout la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l’alternance d\u00e9mocratique.<\/p>\n

Izadine Ahmat Tidjani rel\u00e8ve \u00ab\u00a0qu’apr\u00e8s 60 ans d’ind\u00e9pendance et plus de 18 ans d’\u00e8re p\u00e9troli\u00e8re, le Tchad est toujours par terre\u00a0\u00bb. Il reste toujours enclav\u00e9 et est l’un des pays les plus pauvres et tr\u00e8s endett\u00e9 de la plan\u00e8te, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n

\ufffc Pour lui, l’heure est au travail, au patriotisme, \u00e0 l’unit\u00e9 et au respect strict des lois.<\/p>\n

Il est temps de dire non \u00e0 l’impunit\u00e9, \u00e0 la discrimination, \u00e0 l’injustice, \u00e0 la corruption, aux frustrations et \u00e0 la marginalisation, d\u00e9clare le coordonnateur.<\/p>\n

Izadine Ahmat Tidjani souligne que malgr\u00e9 63 ans de R\u00e9publique unitaire, cette forme d’\u00c9tat n’a pas servi au d\u00e9veloppement du territoire et est l’une des causes de l’instabilit\u00e9 du Tchad.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Donc qu’il est temps de pr\u00f4ner le changement en adoptant le f\u00e9d\u00e9ralisme. Ce dernier n’est ni la division, ni une scission mais une forme d’\u00c9tat permettant \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tat f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9 de se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n

Le f\u00e9d\u00e9ralisme permettra d’instaurer la stabilit\u00e9 durable et la bonne gestion des deniers publics\u00a0\u00bb, estime Izadine Ahmat Tidjani. La COSAT exhorte le Conseil militaire de transition (CMT) \u00e0 respecter le d\u00e9lai de la p\u00e9riode de transition.<\/p>\n
