Aucune communication officielle n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 faite au sujet de l\u2019\u00e9vacuation du gouverneur. Mais tout, porte \u00e0 croire que l\u2019exfiltration est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la situation sociale actuelle. Depuis la semaine derni\u00e8re, les jeunes de la ville de Faya manifestent pour exiger le d\u00e9part du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ismat Issakha . Des tirs \u00e0 balles r\u00e9elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus durant la grogne. Un mort et des bless\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s. La population qui exige son d\u00e9part semble avoir eu gain de cause. En effet, le 12 novembre 2021, le maire de la ville de Faya a exig\u00e9 que tous les v\u00e9hicules de marque Toyota soient peints de blanc. Il \u00e9voquait des raisons s\u00e9curitaires. Pour lui, les v\u00e9hicules suscit\u00e9s ne doivent pas \u00eatre confondus \u00e0 ceux des militaires. Dans sa note, le maire pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019il agit sous instruction du gouverneur de la province. Un d\u00e9lai d\u2019un mois a d\u00e8s lors \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 aux automobilistes pour refaire la peinture des v\u00e9hicules. Sauf que, le m\u00eame jour, la d\u00e9cision est entr\u00e9e vigueur et les forces de l\u2019ordre ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 saisir certains engins.<\/p>\n

Confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la situation s\u00e9curitaire et sociale, le gouverneur d\u00e9clare qu\u2019il a re\u00e7u des instructions fermes des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s afin de restaurer l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat en s\u00e9curisant les populations et leurs biens. Emp\u00eacher les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes des coupeurs de route, des braquages et les trafics de drogue. Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Ismat Issakha pense que ce sont les trafiquants, m\u00e9contents de ces mesures qui incitent les jeunes \u00e0 manifester pour obtenir sa t\u00eate.<\/p>\n
