Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>En visite de travail au Tchad, la repr\u00e9sentante sp\u00e9ciale de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne pour le Sahel, Emmanuela Del Re, a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue en audience ce 23 novembre par le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition (CMT), Mahamat Idriss Deby.<\/p>\n

La situation s\u00e9curitaire au Sahel, la transition politique au Tchad et l\u2019accompagnement de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 ce processus, ont constitu\u00e9 l\u2019essentiel des discussions.<\/p>\n

Nomm\u00e9e en juin dernier, l\u2019italienne Emmanuela Del Re est la premi\u00e8re femme europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 occuper ce poste et elle pose pour la premi\u00e8re fois ses valises au Tchad.<\/p>\n

Pour la repr\u00e9sentante de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne au Sahel, la lutte contre le terrorisme est commune et doit f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les efforts. Les deux parties, Tchad et Union Europ\u00e9enne, ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 de renforcer leur coop\u00e9ration dans la lutte contre le terrorisme. S\u2019agissant de la transition enclench\u00e9e au Tchad, Emmanuela Del Re a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne d’appuyer le processus.<\/p>\n
