Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>La Fifa a annonc\u00e9 ce lundi 29 novembre la mise en place d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de normalisation pour la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration tchadienne de football association (FTFA). Quelles sont les t\u00e2ches d\u00e9volues \u00e0 ce comit\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n

Le verdict est tomb\u00e9. Et c\u2019est en d\u00e9faveur de l\u2019\u00e9quipe dirig\u00e9e par Mouctar Mahamout. La Fifa a annonc\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de normalisation pour le football tchadien.<\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9quipe de normalisation aura pour mission de g\u00e9rer les affaires courantes de la FTFA ; r\u00e9viser les statuts et le code \u00e9lectoral de la FTFA afin de garantir leur conformit\u00e9 avec les exigences et principes des Statuts de la FIFA, et veiller \u00e0 leur adoption par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la FTFA ; \u00e9laborer, avec l\u2019aide de la FIFA, un accord de coop\u00e9ration entre le minist\u00e8re des Sports et la FTFA qui d\u00e9finira des responsabilit\u00e9s et des objectifs pour chaque partie ; en dernier lieu, agir en qualit\u00e9 de commission \u00e9lectorale pour l\u2019organisation de l\u2019\u00e9lection d\u2019un nouveau comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de la FTFA sur la base des statuts et du code \u00e9lectoral r\u00e9vis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Selon le document, le comit\u00e9 de normalisation sera compos\u00e9 d\u2019un nombre opportun de membres, qui seront d\u00e9sign\u00e9s conjointement par la FIFA et la CAF. \u00ab Tous ces membres feront l\u2019objet d\u2019un contr\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 men\u00e9 par la Commission de Contr\u00f4le de la FIFA, conform\u00e9ment au R\u00e8glement de gouvernance de la FIFA.<\/p>\n

Le comit\u00e9 de normalisation \u0153uvrant en qualit\u00e9 de commission \u00e9lectorale, aucun de ses membres ne sera \u00e9ligible pour les postes \u00e0 pourvoir lors des \u00e9lections, quelles que soient les circonstances \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le communiqu\u00e9. Cette \u00e9quipe aura un an pour accomplir son cahier de charge.<\/p>\n

La FIFA a justifi\u00e9 sa prise de d\u00e9cision par l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 des instances dirigeantes du football tchadien \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien une proc\u00e9dure \u00e9lectorale conforme aux exigences statutaires et r\u00e9glementaires applicables \u00e0 toutes les associations membres de la FIFA, des lacunes contenues dans les statuts de la FTFA.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que le 11 octobre 2021, une mission conjointe FIFA-CAF a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9e \u00e0 N\u2019Djam\u00e9na afin de suivre les discussions en cours entre la FTFA et le gouvernement tchadien.<\/p>\n
