Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le march\u00e9 central de N\u2019Djamena est dans le noir depuis presque deux semaines. Ce, pour cause des factures impay\u00e9es \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (SNE).<\/p>\n

Le march\u00e9 central est plong\u00e9 dans le noir depuis pr\u00e8s de deux semaines. A l\u2019entr\u00e9e de ce march\u00e9, des bruits des groupes \u00e9lectrog\u00e8nes se font entendre de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 la coupure d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour des impay\u00e9s. Les commer\u00e7ants commencent \u00e0 se plaindre. Selon un commer\u00e7ant r\u00e9parateur des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, les activit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat total.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Chaque fin du mois, on paye l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Mais voil\u00e0 plus de deux semaines d\u00e9j\u00e0 que nous sommes dans le noir.<\/p>\n

On ne peut rien faire car nos activit\u00e9s s\u2019ex\u00e9cutent avec l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00bb, se lamente-t-il. Abdoulaye, informaticien de son \u00e9tat abonde dans le m\u00eame sens.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le comit\u00e9 n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 payer les factures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Nous, \u00e0 notre niveau, personne n\u2019a d\u2019arri\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00bb Il y a quelques mois, l\u2019ancien administrateur de ce march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu \u00e0 cause de la mauvaise gestion du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 r\u00e9clame plus de 200 millions de FCFA aupr\u00e8s du comit\u00e9 de gestion \u00bb, indique-t-il.<\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, le comit\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place n\u2019arrive plus \u00e0 collecter l\u2019argent pour payer la SNE. \u00ab Le comit\u00e9 n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 g\u00e9rer normalement le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La rencontre avec les responsables de la SNE s\u2019est articul\u00e9e seulement sur le payement des factures. La SNE a exig\u00e9 le versement de ses cr\u00e9ances avant de r\u00e9tablir l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00bb, a confi\u00e9 une source.<\/p>\n

En attendant, le march\u00e9 central continue de fonctionner dans le noir. Les commer\u00e7ants se d\u00e9brouillent comme ils peuvent pour alimenter leurs boutiques avec d\u2019autres sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n
