Le nouveau gouverneur Hassane Saleh Algadam Aldjinedi, a officiellement pris fonction. Dans son allocution d\u2019entr\u00e9e, il a remerci\u00e9 les habitants de Borkou pour l\u2019accueil. Il entend travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec tout le monde pour le bien \u00eatre de la circonscription.
