La d\u00e9put\u00e9e \u00e9gyptienne, Amal Salama, avait demand\u00e9 que le second mariage soit un d\u00e9lit si la premi\u00e8re \u00e9pouse n’en est pas inform\u00e9e, que le mari soit puni d’une peine d’emprisonnement dans ce cas, et qu’une peine d’emprisonnement et une amende soient pr\u00e9vues pour le mari si son \u00e9tat civil n’est pas reconnu dans l’acte de mariage.<\/p>\n

La repr\u00e9sentante Hala Abu Al-Saad a soumis un projet de loi visant \u00e0 modifier le texte de l’article 11 concernant la polygamie \u00e0 l’insu de l’\u00e9pouse.<\/p>\n

Le projet a suscit\u00e9 une vaste controverse sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux en \u00c9gypte.<\/p>\n

Alors que certains ont critiqu\u00e9 les justifications des partisans de la polygamie.<\/p>\n

Parler du projet de loi sur la polygamie ne s’est pas limit\u00e9 aux \u00c9gyptiens, mais s’est \u00e9tendu aux utilisateurs d’autres pays arabes.<\/p>\n

Zakaria Al Muharrami a tweet\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0J’esp\u00e8re qu’il y a une l\u00e9gislation dans le droit omanais qui interdit la polygamie, sauf pour les veuves et les femmes divorc\u00e9es.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Fatwas religieusesSelon les m\u00e9dias locaux, le Grand Mufti de la R\u00e9publique arabe d’\u00c9gypte, le Dr Shawki Allam, a r\u00e9solu la question de la \u00ab\u00a0polygamie\u00a0\u00bb, en disant : \u00a0\u00bb La polygamie doit dans tous les cas \u00eatre sous le poids d’une forte justification, et qu’il y ait une justice avec le reste des \u00e9pouses.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0La norme n’est pas la polygamie, mais la polygamie est venue pour traiter un probl\u00e8me social, et donc elle doit \u00eatre sous le poids d’une justification forte et raisonnable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, le pr\u00e9dicateur Abdullah Rushdi a tweet\u00e9 sur son compte officiel sur Twitter, en disant : \u00ab\u00a0Dieu a permis la polygamie et l’a stipul\u00e9e avec la capacit\u00e9 d’\u00eatre juste, et une femme dont la vie est impossible avec la polygamie peut demander le divorce avec la restitution de la dot \u00e0 son mari, et la femme avant le mariage peut stipuler que le mari ne l’\u00e9pouse pas – comme c’est la doctrine dans l’\u00e9cole Hanbali – s’il viole la condition, alors elle a le droit d’annuler le contrat.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Et il a ajout\u00e9 dans un second tweet : \u00ab\u00a0Quant \u00e0 dire que la polygamie est interdite et qu’elle n’est pas permise sauf lorsque la premi\u00e8re \u00e9pouse est malade ou invalide, c’est un discours faillible qui n’a aucune preuve dans la Charia. Ainsi, il est connu que toute voix appelant \u00e0 l’interdiction de la polygamie est une voix qui n’adh\u00e8re pas \u00e0 la norme de la Charia.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Mais de nombreux pionniers des sites d’information ont remis en circulation des d\u00e9clarations du cheikh d’Al-Azhar parlant de la polygamie et de ses restrictions.<\/p>\n
