Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le pr\u00e9sident du collectif rappelle que l\u2019actuel maire de la ville de N\u2019Djamena Ali Haroun a r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 le 21 ao\u00fbt, 118 agents de la mairie sur les 257 agents suspendus.<\/p>\n

Une r\u00e9habilitation qu\u2019il trouve injuste et qui a fait beaucoup de bruits. Selon le pr\u00e9sident du collectif, la mairie s\u2019est pourvue contre la d\u00e9cision du premier juge r\u00e9habilitant les ex-agents de la mairie dans leurs fonctions.<\/p>\n

Il ajoute que le dossier a \u00e9t\u00e9 plaid\u00e9 et mis en d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 depuis le 2 septembre 2021. \u00ab\u00a0Au lieu que la mairie attende la d\u00e9cision finale pour prendre acte, il a appliqu\u00e9 sa propre loi, au regard d\u2019une ordonnance du Tribunal de grande instance qui produit toujours ses effets juridiques.<\/p>\n

Depuis lors, la Cour supr\u00eame tarde \u00e0 se prononcer sur le dossier\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9plore Ali Mahamat Saleh Zakaria. Le Collectif demande aux autorit\u00e9s, y compris le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition (CMT) de s\u2019impliquer davantage afin que le premier pr\u00e9sident de la Cour supr\u00eame rende son arr\u00eat pour une justice sociale et \u00e9quitable pour tous.<\/p>\n
