Ils se chargeront de collecter la documentation n\u00e9cessaire et utile \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de la Loi constitutionnelle, relire int\u00e9gralement le projet de Loi Constitutionnelle, relever les innovations par rapport \u00e0 la constitution du 04 mai 2018, analyser la pertinence de ces innovations, en vue de proposer des amendements et\/ou des reformulations, auditionner les Ministres et autres acteurs impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>e er Les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9solutions sur lesquelles la Commission tablera sont entre autre : la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un poste de Vice-pr\u00e9sident, la restauration du S\u00e9nat, la restauration de la Cour des comptes, la suppression du serment confessionnel, la restauration des sous-pr\u00e9fectures<\/p>\n<p>Trois membres du gouvernement ont d\u00e9fendu le projet de loi portant cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une commission sp\u00e9ciale. Notamment le la ministre secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Gouvernement, Mariam Mahamat Nour, le ministre garde des sceaux Djimet Arabi et le Ministre de l\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur Houdeingar David.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa Press &#8211; Tchad.
